Lakefront Roofing Co. was started in 2014 by a small crew of roofers who were tired of working for companies that prioritized sales over honest assessments. We wanted to build a roofing business where the estimate was always accurate, the crew showed up on time, and homeowners knew exactly what they were getting.
We work on residential roofs — the kinds of homes that make up Chicago's North Side: bungalows, two-flats, older frame houses, and newer construction. We know these buildings and what their roofs need.

Most of our work is for homeowners dealing with aging roofs, storm damage, or leaks that have gone on too long. We also work with small property owners managing two-flats and small rental buildings.
We don't do large commercial work. Our focus is on residential roofing in the neighborhoods we know — and doing that work well.
